Representing Republic in the Gulf Coast region, Leigh joined the team in 2011 bringing over 20 years of professional sales experience. Leigh focuses on providing both factoring and asset-based solutions. Active in the local community, she currently serves as the President of the Louisiana Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, a member of the Association of Corporate Growth and is actively involved with the Secured Finance Network. Leigh was awarded as Top Women in Secured Finance by the SF Net in 2022 and ABF Journal Top Women in Asset-Based Lending in 2024. Originally from Louisiana, Leigh is a graduate of the University of Alabama and now resides in New Orleans.
